Profile Detection

MouseLab extracts a flow of profile images from the experiment to be processed. These profile images represent a timeline over the video and contain the mouse's reaction to the stimulus.

After the set of profile images have been extracted, the keypoints are identified and located.

After the facial points have been identified and validated, the various features are calculated.
